Refund Policy
At iGNITED iDEA, we want every student to feel confident about their decision to work with us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds across our paid services.
1. Project Research Mentorship
Cancellation within 24 hours of payment: A full (100%) refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of making payment, provided no mentorship sessions have been conducted. This includes cases where no topic discussion, synopsis review, or any form of guidance has taken place.
After mentorship has begun: Once you have received one or more mentorship sessions — including topic discussions, synopsis structuring guidance, draft feedback, or any other form of academic coaching — a 50% refund may be provided at our discretion, based on the extent of mentorship already delivered.
After full mentorship cycle is complete: No refund is available once the complete mentorship cycle has been delivered (topic finalization + synopsis guidance + report review).
Revision guidance: If your university guide or project supervisor requests changes to your synopsis or report after you have incorporated our mentorship feedback, your assigned mentor will continue to guide you through the revision process at no additional cost. This revision support covers up to 10 revision guidance cycles, based on documented feedback from your university guide communicated to us in writing.
2. AI Insider Club Membership
AI Insider Club is a one-time payment for multi-year community access. A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed any premium content, prompt templates, or community features. After 7 days or after accessing any premium content, no refunds are available. This is because digital community access, once granted, cannot be revoked retroactively.
3. What Is NOT Grounds for a Refund
The following are not valid reasons for a refund claim:
Academic outcomes: Our mentorship is academic coaching — we guide you on how to approach, research, and structure your own work. Grades, marks, project approvals, or pass/fail results are determined by your university’s evaluators and are not within our control. Academic results are not grounds for a refund.
Delays caused by external factors: Delays due to university guide availability, university processing times, institutional holidays, or student non-responsiveness are not grounds for a refund.
Change of mind after significant mentorship: If you decide to discontinue after receiving substantial mentorship (multiple sessions completed), this is not grounds for a full refund.
Free resources: Study guides, previous year papers, assignment writing tips, and other free resources available on our website do not have any associated refund since no payment is involved.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@ignitedidea.com with the following information: your full name, phone number and WhatsApp number used during registration, the service you are requesting a refund for, date of payment, and reason for your refund request.
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide a decision within 7 working days. All approved refunds are processed within 15–20 working days to the original payment method.
5. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing support@ignitedidea.com with the subject line “Refund Dispute.” We will review your case and provide a final response within 15 working days. All disputes are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi, India.
6. Changes to This Policy
This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your transaction. Check this page for the most current version.
