Welcome to iGNITED iDEA (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). iGNITED iDEA is a multi-service platform that serves university students, entrepreneurs, and freelancers through educational guidance, mentorship, informational content, and community resources.

By accessing or using our website (ignitedidea.com) and any related subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Our Services

iGNITED iDEA offers services across multiple categories:

For University Students: We offer academic mentorship, educational study resources, and coaching services. This includes 1-on-1 project research mentorship (topic selection guidance, synopsis structuring, draft review with feedback, formatting assistance as per university guidelines, viva preparation coaching), assignment writing guides, study reference materials, practice papers with model answers, and previous year question paper compilations.

AI Insider Club: A paid membership community where IGNOU students learn to use AI tools for self-study, assignment research, exam preparation, career discovery, and skill-building. Members receive prompt templates, study strategies, and community support.

For Entrepreneurs: Informational content, resources, guides, and community support for aspiring and existing entrepreneurs including women entrepreneurs.

For Freelancers: Resources, guides, job listings, internship opportunities, and career-related content for freelancers and professionals.

2. Nature of Academic Services — Important Clarification

Our academic services are designed to help students learn and develop the skills needed to complete their own academic work independently.

What our mentorship includes: 1-on-1 guidance from qualified subject-matter experts, topic selection criteria explanation and research direction suggestions, synopsis structure and methodology coaching, review of student-written drafts with detailed feedback and improvement recommendations, guidance on how to address university guide feedback and revision requests, viva preparation support including expected questions and presentation tips, reference materials and sample answer structures for educational understanding.

What our mentorship does NOT include: We do not write, produce, or supply finished academic work on behalf of students. We do not guarantee specific grades, marks, or academic outcomes. We do not submit work on behalf of students. We do not encourage or facilitate academic dishonesty in any form.

What our study resources are: Assignment study guides, practice papers, and model answers are educational reference tools designed to help students understand answer structure, key concepts, and evaluator expectations. These are NOT ready-to-submit assignments or answers. Students must always write their own original work in their own words and handwriting.

All research, writing, and submissions are the sole responsibility of the student. Students are expected to use our mentorship and study resources as learning aids and must adhere to their university’s academic integrity policies at all times.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information when required, maintain the confidentiality of your account information, use our services only for lawful educational purposes, not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content or materials without written permission, not misrepresent our mentorship or study materials as your own work for submission to any academic institution, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations including your university’s academic integrity policies.

4. Payments & Fees

Free resources (assignment writing guides, previous year papers, exam preparation tips) are available at no cost. Paid services include project research mentorship packages and AI Insider Club membership. All payments are processed through secure payment channels (UPI, bank transfer, or card). Pricing varies based on programme, project complexity, and scope of mentorship required. Specific pricing is communicated during the free consultation on WhatsApp before any commitment.

5. Refund Policy

For Project Research Mentorship:

Cancellation within 24 hours: A full refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of payment, provided no mentorship sessions have been conducted.

After mentorship has begun: If you have received one or more mentorship sessions (topic discussion, synopsis review, draft feedback, etc.), a 50% refund may be provided at our discretion, based on the stage of mentorship completed.

After project completion: No refund is available once the full mentorship cycle is complete (i.e., final report review have been delivered).

Revision support: If your university guide requests changes to your synopsis or report, your mentor will continue to guide you through revisions at no additional cost — up to 10 revision guidance cycles based on written feedback from your guide.

For AI Insider Club Membership:

AI Insider Club is a one-time payment for multi-year access. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed any premium content or community features. After 7 days or after accessing premium content, no refunds are available.

Refund Processing: All approved refunds are processed within 15–20 working days. To request a refund, email support@ignitedidea.com with your name, phone number, and reason for cancellation.

Important Note: Our mentorship is academic coaching — we guide you on how to approach your work, not produce work on your behalf. Therefore, academic outcomes (grades, marks, pass/fail results) are not within our control and are not grounds for a refund. We do not guarantee specific academic results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ignitedidea.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, study materials, practice papers, and page designs — is the property of iGNITED iDEA and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Study reference materials are licensed for personal educational use only.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal details shared during mentorship, consultations, or account registration will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Communication between you and your mentor occurs through official channels (WhatsApp groups managed by iGNITED iDEA). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

iGNITED iDEA provides educational guidance and mentorship services. We are not responsible for: academic outcomes including grades, marks, pass/fail results, or project approval/rejection decisions made by universities or examiners; the accuracy or completeness of information provided by third-party sources referenced in our materials; any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

iGNITED iDEA reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s access to our services at our discretion, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Use or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

11. Amendments

iGNITED iDEA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
